We cater for exactly that - being advanced running coach qualified through the governing body Athletics Australia, we have put hours into learning and upskilling through old and new research within the field of running.
Program delivery
Your training is delivered through TrainingPeaks monthly with their industry leading program delivery. Gain access to your program through their mobile application with your very own TrainingPeaks account.
You can rely on ease of use, in depth tailored session delivery, assigned rest days, session days, strength training and cross-training as well as recommended running paces and scheduling of events for any upcoming races you might have.

Brendan has a passion for running and teaching - the obvious perfect combination and thrives on seeing his runners do well in their training and events.
As a qualified personal trainer, running coach and sport science academic student - you can assure that the training you will receive is the best, most up to date and recommended methods.
Brendan partakes in running events from 5KM through to ultra distances and is eager to share his experience with his clients to help them succeed in whichever distance they choose to take on.
